Bialetti: only stainless moka pots are directly induction-compatible. Classic aluminum Moka Express needs the Bialetti induction plate (US page: supports 1–9 cups; medium heat). A 12-cup Express is outside that plate range on the product pages we checked.

Why Venus 6 often fails “normal” zones
The largest HQ-verified induction base in this dataset is Venus 6-cup at 100 mm. That clears Samsung's small 100 mm zone, but fails flex/center zones at 140–160 mm, KitchenAid 102–120 mm zones, GE PHP960 120 mm, and a Miele 110 mm example - even though the pot is steel.
